Discover new aspects to your communication style and that of your team in this dynamic, hands-on workshop! You’ll enhance your EQ and increase awareness around your (perhaps unconscious) communication preferences, empowering you to meet the needs of your teammates. All workshops can be attended individually or as teams.
In this workshop, you will:
• Increase awareness around your individual communication habits and that of your colleagues’
• Gain essential tools for bridging significant communication gaps between yourself and others on your team
• Engage in stress-reducing mindfulness and creative art practices
• Have fun and connect with your team and other participants!
Past attendees note that processes in this workshop are particularly useful for inter-departmental collaboration, discussion of potentially divisive topics, and communication around new projects or material.

In these hands-on workshops, we’ll draw from the creative arts and learn some mental wellness practices that will enhance your team’s ability to collaborate, especially in virtual spaces and during times of great challenge. You’ll also have loads of fun! All workshops can be attended individually or as teams. Each workshop’s content is intentionally standalone, however, each session also builds on earlier material.
