Where do the learning opportunities take place?

Most professional development events are held live, interactive, online via Zoom.

Can I register the day of the event?

Day-of registration is available on a limited basis. Typically you can register online as late as 2 hours prior to the start time.  Please note we ask that you follow up same-day-registrations with an email to centerfornonprofitstudies@austincc.edu.

How do I access the session?

The link to the session will be sent to you from Center for Nonprofit Studies at ACC, noreply@event.eventbrite.com, 1 day before the event. If you registered after that or the day of the event, you will receive the link to the session 1 hour before the event.

If you have not received the email, please send an email to centerfornonprofitstudies@austincc.edu.

I’m having trouble registering online. What do I do?

If you can’t register online, please send an email to centerfornonprofitstudies@austincc.edu.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

All cancellation requests must be received at least 72 business hours in advance of an event. Credit card refunds will appear on your monthly statement as soon as possible after the official reporting date.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 business hours in advance of the start of class.

Interpreter Services for Deaf/Hard of Hearing
Austin Community College provides you with American Sign Language interpreter services for:

  • Classroom-related activities (includes field trips, study groups, and professor meetings).
  • Student Life and other college-sponsored activities

Pay What You Can

 

On many of our offerings, we will be offering PWYC pricing.  We will use an honor system. We won’t require you to disclose your income or program budgets. In return, we ask that you determine the price that is truly right for you. By doing so, our classes remain available to those who could not otherwise afford them. Please consider purchasing a ticket at a stretch (but not a hardship) PWYC price.

For most of our current offerings through December, the pricing scale will work like this:

If you have a situation that prevents you from paying, please contact us to see if there are funds available to cover the cost of your ticket.
