Embracing “no” – WEEK 2: Evaluating, Setting, and Holding Boundaries (Even when other people don’t like them) w/Lacy Alana The ability to say no to yourself – and others – is essential for healthy working and interpersonal relationships – but often hard to do! If you struggle to set limits with yourselves or others, you’re not alone. We’re often taught to put others’ needs and wants before our own, which is often depleting, and builds resentment and relational disconnect. And, if you’re used to dismissing your own needs, it becomes harder to be present and connected in a grounded way that helps you reach your relational, personal, and professional goals.
